Fighting Talk. Alan Duncan is the Shadow Secretary of BERR and will be a prominent member of the next Conservative cabinet, assuming the Tories have what it takes to deny Labour a fourth term. As Nick Peters discovered, Duncan is one of the few top Tories who appears to have the stomach for the fight.
