Alan visits Exton & Greetham Primary School

On Friday 20th March Alan visited Exton & Greetham Church of England Primary School in Exton, Rutland.

Alan met Headteacher Megan Davis and Chair of Governors Alan Chalkley to discuss the progress of the school, which is the smallest in the constituency with just 42 pupils. Alan received a tour of the school and met pupils who had just returned indoors from viewing the solar eclipse.

Alan said: ‘This is a charming, small school that clearly works hard to deal with the challenges that come from running on such a scale. It is clear that the pupils love the close-knit environment and both the Headteacher and Chair of Governors are doing a great job steering the school.’
